Have you had any of the following symptoms within the last two weeks: Fever? New cough? Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing? Flu-like symptoms such as chills, headache, muscle pain, or sore throat? Generalized stomach pain, nausea, or diarrhea? New loss of taste or smell? Have you been in contact with any confirmed Covid-19 positive patients or had COVID-19 within the past three weeks? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, please reschedule your appointment.
In addition, if you have travelled to a state on Connecticut’s COVID-19 travel advisory list within the past 2 weeks, even if you had a negative test upon return, please reschedule your appointment.
Telemedicine visits will continue to be available as insurance allows.
